"I was absolutely delighted with all aspects of the servicing of my DB9. The fact that you did not charge for new plates was noted and appreciated and also the uncharged for efforts of your paintshop man to polish out some small marks on the LH rear wing. Neither of these items would have been very expensive but that is not the point. I had meant to give a little something to both the service technician and the paintshop man, so could you either split the enclosed or put in the general staff box depending on your policy. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Aston Workshop and I am really delighted to find that this level of service does still exist. I will be back when necessary.
